Students travel behind the scenes and learn about fascinating career opportunities in an art museum. They interact with art professionals from various museum departments and make connections between the skills and knowledge needed to work in the arts and what they are learning in the core content areas of their curriculum.
These programs are FREE for Texas schools that are Title IID Cooperative members and/or RUS grant sites in Region 11. Click here to see if your district participates.

Grades 7-12: Careers in Product Development


The third of our six manufacturing programs "Careers in Product Design" will be held on Thursday, December 11. Invite your teachers and students to interact with product engineers and designers who are leaders in product design and engineering for nationally-known consumer and industrial products.

Students will learn about product development, where to go for training and education, the importance of internships and how to position themselves for a great paying career.
Schools interested in participating in this program should contact John Ramicone by Monday, December 8th.
