Today more than ever, the construction industry offers women tremendous opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and financial security. With construction one of the nation’s largest industries, there is an ever-growing demand for women in this “non-traditional” career field with higher entry-level wages and a career ladder leading to business owner. And, opportunities to own a business are better in construction than any other industry with women-owned construction companies making up more than 12 percent of the market.

Discover how a career in construction can be a good decision for you. Join members of the Northern Ohio Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors as they share tips for success and highlight career opportunities available for women in construction.

Members of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Northern Ohio Chapter, an organization of more than 300 construction companies and their suppliers, from throughout Northern Ohio.
