Dave Leedy spent 30 plus years as a high school teacher. During this period he collected anecdotes from students and staff as to how people become successful. He truly believes that you are not born to be successful you make your success by how you live everyday and your positive thoughts. Today, as a professional motivational public speaker, he travels around the nation. Dave delivers his message dressed as a “super hero” – that’s right, a 60+ year-old man in tights and a cape. He wants to convey that you too can be a super hero if you treat yourself and others with respect and dignity. Students can reach their highest potential and success in a career but not without giving something to others. We all must stand up for ourselves and be a super hero in our actions toward others. It doesn’t matter what our career choices are, it matters how we get there and who we helped along the way – everybody needs somebody. Join Dave as he shares his thoughts and shows students how what they do today definitely affects their career potential.
