Engineering Careers in Defense and Security

Join with Linda Moore, an electrical engineer from Jacobs Engineering Group Inc, who is also pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Dayton, as she discusses the education and skills required to succeed in the field of engineering. She will describe her work in radar signal and image processing as it relates to defense and security as well as provide an overview of the many applications of radar systems outside of the defense and security arenas. Students from participating middle schools and high schools will have the opportunity to ask questions of the speaker. Click here for the registration form.

Each session begins at 1:00 and ends at 1:50.

Cost for each participating school is $50 per session.

Schools may participate with IP or ATM videoconferencing equipment.
