Meet with Keith Davis, Executive Chef at 10 Wilmington Place in Dayton, to find out the training and background necessary to advance in the ever-growing field of culinary arts. Keith was recently inducted into the Honor Society of the American Academy of Chefs. He is also a past recipient of the Presidential Medallion from the American Culinary Federation as well as the award for Chef of the Year. Keith will share with the students the job market potential for those who are interested in pursuing a career in culinary arts. Students from participating schools will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues with this professional.
